How to complete training as an employee

Starting Your Training

1. Access the Training Section:

   • Navigate to the Training tab in the Accountable application.

   • Select the relevant training course, such as HIPAA Training.

2. Begin the Course:

   • Click Start Training to begin watching the videos and taking the quizzes.

Navigating Through the Course

1. Watch Videos and Take Quizzes:

   • The course consists of a series of videos, each followed by a quiz to reinforce your understanding.

   • Complete each section in order, watching the videos and answering the quiz questions.

2. Track Your Progress:

   • Monitor your progress with the on-screen indicators, showing completion percentages for both videos and quizzes.

     Completing the Training

     1. Finish All Sections:

        • Ensure that all videos are watched and quizzes are completed to 100%.

     2. Receive Your Certificate:

        • Upon completion, you'll automatically receive a certificate of completion.

        • The certificate can be viewed and downloaded directly from the application.

     After Completion

     • Review and Share Your Certificate:

       • You can view, download, or share your certificate as needed.

       • Use the certificate to demonstrate compliance with training requirements.
