How to complete Accountable's Assessment
First, let's start light with a quick video explanation of how to complete your assessment annually.
** Pro Tip ** - Wait until training of the staff is completed before tackling the Assessment. This is because the assessment is purposefully written in order to be completed after staff training.
This Assessment is the only item that is sensitive to the order in which you follow the Accountable process, but it is important to keep in mind that this audit makes more sense and saves you from extra work if you wait until training is complete.

In order to begin the assessment within accountable, please click on 'Compliance' found on the left and then select 'Assessments' from the drop-down that follows.
98 to 99% of the questions found within this assessment have to deal with one of three things;

Have you implemented policies?

Have you implemented procedures?

Have you trained your staff on what you now expect them to abide by?
Lucky for us, We just did a whole mess of that stuff so we are able to confidently and truthfully answer yes to those 99% of questions.
If for any reason you feel as though you cannot comfortably answer the question as a yes, please answer no.
No is not a bad thing. This will just warrant further discussion.
